Mallorca Property - Villa with pool and large underground parking , 500 meters from the beach of Es Trenc

This new villa has a very special story about the real estate crisis of 2007-2012.The pretty little villa with 316 m² was ready for sale in 2007.The purchase price was then about € 800.000. The  objection by the buyers, a price around € 100,000. (Already too high for the then time) argued the owner by the presence of a large underground car parking, use of high quality materials and near the beach and the marina.

As slowly but steadily as a result of years of crisis the prices migrated down, and the offer price was reduced piecewise,and there were many interested buyers for the beautiful object.If then  concrete offers from prospective buyers came, most were still below the current bid price, no agreement was reached on the intransigent attitude of the seller.

The seven-year-old house, so is still brand new, but has not suffered by the vacancy due to the very good build quality. Some small final works will be made by the Contractor prior to the handover.
